Q: Is my web browser supported?

Answer
We recommend that you use one of the following browsers:

Chrome - Latest Version
Firefox - Latest Version
Internet Explorer - IE 9 and above (we recommend IE 11)
We are no longer able to provide support for Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8.

Q: How do I sign up for eMarketing Genie?

Answer
We've made the sign-up process as easy as possible so you can get started right away. Create your account, select your plan, and enter your payment info (for Professional or Ultimate). It's as easy as that!

Q: I tried to personalize a flyer, but it's missing some information I wanted in there.

Answer
First, make sure that you’ve entered information in all the appropriate fields in your 'My Profile'. The personalized flyers will include name, email address, phone number and website. There is even an area for a logo. Make sure you click the Save button at the very bottom! Then try downloading the personalized resource again.

Q: On my ‘Create Posts’ page for Social Media, I can’t select a specific social media check box.

Answer
Go to Menu – Profiles on the left of page and add your relevant social media profile/s. Once on the social media page, upon being prompted to authenticate, go ahead and do so. Your account will then be added for that particular social media.

Q: I am unable to send any more mails to my recipient/s.

Answer

1. Check whether your mail sending limit from your email id has reached its daily limit. If it has, you will not be able to send more mails for that day to anyone.
2. Alternatively, in your eMarketing Genie menu, go to Invoice / Receipt – Package Invoice Details and check Package Expiry date. If package has expired, renew it.
